What is Craniosacral Therapy?
It's not a massage. It's not cracking or adjusting.
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on method that works directly with your nervous system. All day, your body asks one question: Am I safe? When stress builds, your muscles tighten, sleep gets lighter, tension headaches appear, digestion slows. Many people live in this state for years without realizing it.
Using light, focused touch on the head, spine, and lower back, craniosacral therapy signals to your nervous system that it's safe, creating the right conditions for your body to relax, settle, and rebalance.
This may be for you if you're experiencing:
Experience ongoing stress, anxiety, or often feel tense
Have tension headaches, migraines, or jaw tension (TMJ)
Feel tightness in your jaw, neck, or shoulders
Experience sleep problems or ongoing fatigue rest doesn't fix
Deal with digestive discomfort or frequent bloating
Are managing burnout, overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from your body
